At 20h00 pickup from your hotel in Hanoi or from Vietnamtravelrates office. Transfer to railway station for a night train at 21h15 to Sapa (Soft sleeper with A/C).

Day 1: Sapa - Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Ban Ho (B/L/D)
On your arrival at Lao Cai train station, we'll take a bus trip to Sapa town for breakfast and warm up yourself with special rod wine here. Next we'll start our first 12km by jeep then trek down the hill to the Ta Van village of the Dzay minority. Follow alongside the Muong Hoa stream to the Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Dzao people, where we will have lunch with a local family. After lunch, we keep hiking to Ban Ho, the village that lies within the beautiful valleys. Here you will have a home-stay in the house of the Tay minority people. Take time to learn about the culture & architecture of their traditional houses on stilts. Spend time with them & experience the day to day activities of their traditional ways. All meals included.

Day 2: Around Ban Ho - Sapa (B/L/D)
In the morning, after breakfast, we get a 2km walk to a very nice waterfall discovered and named "the Lavie" by the French during the colonial times in Vietnam. Enjoy swimming & a picnic-lunch on the bank. In the afternoon trek 4 km up to the main road for the jeep to return to Sapa and then head to Lao Cai train station for a night train back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi next day in the early morning at 05:30. Taxi back to the hotel or onward to the next destination.
