Day 1: Arrival in Sai Gon (Meals: Dinner)

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Pick up and transfer to a hotel. An afternoon tour round Ho Chi Minh City, formerly called Sai Gon, visiting the History Museum, the Binh Tay Market in Chinatown, Thien Hau Temple and a lacquer workshop. O/N in Sai Gon (Lavender hotel, Tan My Dinh 2 hotel, Elios hotel)

Day 2: HCMC – Con Dao (Meals: B/L / D )

AM: Pick up and transfer to Tan San Nhat airport for boarding flight VN 421 to Con Dao (9.20). Car transfer to hotel. Check in and relax. Lunch at the hotel.

PM: Free time for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing in the cool island breezes. In the evening, adjourn to a restaurant to enjoy a sumptuous outdoor dinner served under the stars. Overnight at your chosen resort on Con Dao island. (Saigon Con Dao Resort)

Day 3: Con Dao (Meals: B / L /)

After breakfast, take a boat ride to Bay Canh islet, where you can swim and look for sea-turtle eggs on the lovely beaches. Then enjoy a trek through the magical, time-forgotten mangrove forests characteristic of Southern Vietnam, and discover beautiful coral reefs by snorkeling at low tide. You can also take a fantastic two-hour walk to a functioning French-built lighthouse. Return to Con Dao in the late afternoon for dinner and relaxation. Overnight at your chosen resort on Con Dao island (Sai Gon Con Dao Resort)

Day 4: Con Dao (Meals: B/L)

A cluster of wild islets surrounded by emerald tranquil waters, Con Dao is home to a number of species of sea turtle and dugong. Escorted by a park ranger, take a full-day boat ride to Bay Canh Islet and Cau Islet, their natural habitat. Picnic lunch of seafood is arranged on board. Enjoy snorkelling and sunbathing on primitive beaches. O/N in Con Dao (Sai Gon Con Dao Resort)

Day 5: Con Dao - Sai Gon (Breakfast)

The morning programme features historical sites in town such as the Con Dao Museum and Tiger Cages – the most notorious former prison . In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for 11.00 a.m flight back to Ho Chi Minh city. Pick up and transfer to your chosen hotel in Sai Gon.
